
Extreme Chill Festival 2025 – Festival Pass
The Extreme Chill music festival will take place in Reykjavík from September 3–7, marking its 16th edition.
This year, the festival presents a rich lineup of Icelandic and international artists, including: Seefeel, John Maus, Matt Black (Coldcut / Ninja Tune), Loscil, Drew McDowall, Hekla, Þóranna Björnsdóttir, Antonina Nowacka, R-O-R (Gyða Valtýsdóttir & Úlfur Hansson), Romeo Poirier, Hrafnamynd/Patricia Wolf, and many more.
The festival unfolds across a variety of exciting venues in downtown Reykjavík, including Gamla Bíó, Iðnó, Bíó Paradís, Húrra, Space Odyssey, and others.
Extreme Chill is one of Iceland’s longest-running music festivals, held annually without interruption for 15 years. It has gained international recognition and holds a vital place in the Icelandic music scene for its unique focus on experimental electronic and ambient music. The festival has become a launchpad for numerous projects—releases, concerts, collaborations, and unforgettable performances—both in Iceland and abroad.
