Please ensure that all information provided during the ticket purchase is correct, including the date, area, time, and any other relevant details. 

• Postponement or Cancellation of Events
  If an event is cancelled, ticket holders are entitled to comparable tickets on the new event date, a full refund, or credit with MidiX that can be used for other events. Credit balances can be viewed on the customer’s personal ticket portal, accessible via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
  If the date or time of an event changes, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date or time. If the new date or time is not suitable, the purchaser is entitled to a refund. MidiX may specify a deadline within which customers must decide whether to cancel their purchase.
  
  
• Age Restrictions
  Age restrictions for events are determined by child protection laws and regulations for licensed premises. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to remain inside a venue with an alcohol license after 20:00 until closing time unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
  Event organizers may set stricter age limits, which take precedence over the standard MidiX terms.
  
  
• Lost Tickets
  When purchasing tickets, it is important to provide a valid email address and mobile phone number. The buyer will receive the ticket by email, sent to the address provided at checkout, in PDF format. The ticket can be added to a digital wallet, printed, or shown directly from a mobile device at entry.
  If a ticket is lost, you may email info@midix.is with the registered email and/or mobile number. 
  The ticket can then be reissued and sent to the correct ticket holder. Customers can also access their tickets at any time through their personal MidiX account.
  
  
• Notifications from the Event Organizer
  By purchasing a ticket through MidiX, you agree to receive occasional marketing emails containing information about upcoming events, presale opportunities, or important updates related to events for which you have purchased tickets. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom, should you wish to opt out of further communications.
  
  
• Processing of Personal Data
  MidiX processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  
  
• Liability for Personal Belongings
  MidiX and event organizers accept no responsibility for the personal belongings of attendees before, during, or after an event.
  
  
• Right to Cancel and Refunds
  After purchasing a ticket, you have 14 days to cancel the purchase and request a refund. This right does not apply if the request is submitted less than 14 days before the event.
