
Extreme Chill Festival 2025 – Festival Pass
The Extreme Chill Music Festival returns to Reykjavík from September 3–7, celebrating its 16th edition.
This year’s festival brings together a wide range of artists from across the globe, offering an exciting and diverse lineup that spans experimental, electronic, and ambient music. Featured performers include:
Seefeel, Matt Black (Coldcut / Ninja Tune), Loscil, Drew McDowall, Hekla, Þóranna Björnsdóttir, and many more.
Events will take place at several unique venues across downtown Reykjavík, including Gamla Bíó, Harpa (Kaldalón), Bíó Paradís, Húrra, Space Odyssey, and others.
Extreme Chill is now one of Iceland’s longest-running music festivals, having operated continuously for 15 years. It has earned international recognition and become a vital part of the Icelandic music scene, known for its distinctive focus on experimental, electronic, and ambient sounds.
Over the years, the festival has sparked numerous collaborations, album releases, concerts, and international tours—culminating in unforgettable performances both in Iceland and abroad that trace their roots back to Extreme Chill.
A full festival pass costs just 16,900 ISK and includes access to all five days.
