NIRVANA: CONCERT SHOW

NORDIC LIVE EVENTS IN COOPERATION WITH COCA COLA PRESENTS:

30 years have passed since the legend Kurt Cobain bid farewell to this world along with the release of the iconic MTV album by Nirvana. Kurt and the band will be honored in speech and music at a grand concert at Háskólabíó. Flosi Þorgeirsson, a musician and historian, has earned a good reputation as the co-host of the podcast show Draugar fortíðar. Flosi will tell the story of Kurt and Nirvana, supported by visuals on the big screen. Einar Vilberg, one of the country's top rock singers, will interpret Kurt through song and guitar, with support from experienced musicians from Skálmöld and Ensími. The band of the evening has been performing Nirvana's music for many years, promising a unique musical experience. Greta Salóme arranges Nirvana's songs specifically for string players performing with the band. Greta is also in charge of the show's staging. SVART provides visual graphics to enhance the audience's experience and atmosphere, as well as handling the video production for the narrative parts of the show. Expect a magnificent evening for all the senses, and who knows, perhaps some special guests will join the event.
