Guðmundur Pétursson at Lemmy

Icelandic music veteran and guitar legend Guðmundur Pétursson will perform at Lemmy on Friday, July 24 at 21:00.

Guðmundur has worked across many areas of music as an instrumentalist, composer and producer, from touring with international artists to writing orchestral music. His sound is deeply personal, built on an effortless fusion of musical styles, poetic expression and philosophical lyrics.

The concert will feature music from Guðmundur’s latest album, Wandering Beings, which won Album of the Year, Open Category at the Icelandic Music Awards 2025. The evening will also include older and newer material from Guðmundur’s catalogue, along with selected classic blues songs.
